DISTRIBUTE FLYERS

  • Fundraisers are available to schedule Mon-Sat and are good from open to close. The only exception to this is holidays.

  • You'll need a minimum of two weeks' lead time to host a fundraiser. This will allow us enough time to schedule staff and prepare for your event.

  • We recommend around 3 hours for your event. 

  • Select from one of our many locations and complete the contact form. We will email you to confirm a date and time.

  • A print and digital version of the fundraiser flyer will be provided to your organization!

  • At this time we do not permit organizations to display or distribute fundraiser flyers on KFC premises (including the KFC parking lot). All flyers must be distributed before your event.

RECIEVE 20% OF THE PROCEEDS

  • Make sure you arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to meet with the Manager in charge. 

  • A representative/ point person from your organization will need to be on-site for the entire event. This will ensure you are able to collect the receipts from your guests and answer any questions from your group that might arise.

  • Share a meal with whomever you like as long as your order is accompanied by a fundraiser flyer or digital version on your phone.

  • For each receipt that is redeemed with the fundraiser flyer, 20% is donated back to your organization (total excludes tax).

  • The amount your organization earns depends on the promotion of your event, as well as your organization's commitment to participate. For Example: If your goal is to earn $200, your organization needs to bring in $1,000 in sales. If the average guest spends $15.00, 65-70 people will need to participate in the fundraiser to reach your goal.

  • A minimum of $300 in fundraising sales is required for the 20% earnings. For fundraisers that bring in less than this minimum, a food credit for the 20% amount will be issued. 

  • Your fundraiser results are communicated within 48 hours of your fundraiser event. 

  • You should expect your fundraiser earnings in the form of a check within 7-10 business days from your fundraiser event.
